The client was looking for a website to bring attention to one of his newest projects, a preconstruction project that had just hit the market. The end goal was to sell his allocated units as quickly and efficiently as possible. To address this, we created a user-friendly and innovative website where generated leads could learn more about this opportunity and contact our client to discuss floor plans, remaining units, and their individual investment goals.

A Unique Approach

Tap In ran a Meta ads campaign which generated forms, containing qualifying questions, to create more substantial leads than would be generated by a more generic campaign. This information was sent in real-time to the client so that the team could address and follow up on leads within minutes. This system drastically increased the conversion rate from ads into real dollars.

Branding

This was the beginning of our client's digital presence, so, in essence, everything was built from scratch. This includes everything, not just their logo, page content, ads, website, color pallet, font, but much more. This was a ground up design and implementation of an entire company's branding, which brought the firm into the public eye, both now and going forward.

Future Visions

This client had positive feedback which was immediately apparent in this differentiating marketing push. Given the oversaturated nature of the real estate market, and the considerable number of real estate agents in the GTA, they would like to pursue working with us to continue to set themselves apart from the competition
